This past Tuesday I noticed the system trouble light was on and numbers were flashing on the security keypad. I called in and asked for a technician, and got Nathan. When I explained the situation, he immediately and efficiently told me the trouble was a battery going bad, and also told me exactly where it was located.  He then gave me the option of fixing it myself - and told me how to do it - or have a technician who was in the area stop by and do it for me.  When I asked the cost of the service call Nathan was able to tell me, whereupon I decided to do it myself!


I'm writing now to thank your company for having such a scrupulous customer-care attitude.  Nathan could have just told me that the work had to be done by your company, and I wouldn't have known the difference, thereby wracking up a sizeable bill.  But his honesty - and that of your company - is so very welcome and refreshing these days that I just had to tell you so.

PPS    This is so very delayed, but it just now occurred to me that another very valuable employee of your company is John Matz.  My husband and I dealt with him when we were trying to decide on a security system, and we found him so knowledgeable and personable that we went with Rampart and have never regretted it.
